Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all
documents necessary to ratify acceptance of a $236,228 grant
awarded by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services
and appropriating in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund
for the Senior Community Services, Title XX Meals on Wheels
Program.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to ratify acceptance of a $236,228 grant awarded by the Texas
Department of Aging and Disability Services for the Senior Community Services Title
XX Meals on Wheels Program.
Section 2. That the $236,228 grant from the Texas Department of Aging and Disability
Services is appropriated into the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund for the
Senior Community Services Title XX Meals on Wheels Program.
