agreement with Entertainment Showcase Inc. for House of Rock 10 Year
Anniversary event and related activities to be held on July 25, 2015 and
allow use of City property including Starr Street between Mesquite Street
and Lower Broadway Street
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a lease
agreement with Entertainment Showcase, Inc. to conduct the House of Rock 10 Year
Anniversary Event and related activities. The Agreement allows use of City property
including the Starr Street between Mesquite and Lower Broadway Streets, and provides for
payment of costs for City services provided for the event. A copy of the Agreement is on file
with the City Secretary.
