Appropriating $110,000 in General Fund No. 1020 from increased towing
fees adopted by City Council in January 2015; and changing the FY 2014-
2015 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030294 by increasing
revenue and expenditures in the General Fund No. 1020 by $110,000 each.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That $110,000 from increased towing fees adopted by City Council in
January 2015 is appropriated in the No. 1020 General Fund
SECTION 2. The FY 2014-2015 operating budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030294 is
amended by increasing revenue and expenditures by $110,000 each.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
