Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a five year Joint
Use Agreement with WellMed Charitable Foundation for operation and use of the
Zavala Senior Center located at 510 Osage Street and Joe Garza Recreation Center
located at 3204 Highland Avenue. The agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
