MOTIONS - 9/29/82
The following actions be taken on the Allison Wastewater Treatment
Plant:
1)A Memorandum of Agreement be approved between EPA, Texas State
Historic Preservation Officer & Advisory Council on Historic
Preservation which designates the Allison Plant Site as a significant
historic property which will delay any expansion by requiring the
City to develop a "data recovery plan" for buried artifacts to be
implemented prior to any construction.
2)The Staff be authorized to negotiate with archaeological consultants
to fulfill the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement
regarding preparation of a Data Recovery Program and regarding any
additional archaeological research which must be conducted at the
Allison Plant.
