AN ORDINANCE
APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2015—2016 CAPITAL BUDGET AND
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANNING GUIDE IN THE AMOUNT OF
$190,587,200.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Year 2015 — 2016 Capital Budget and Capital
Improvement Planning Guide in the amount of$190,587,200 is hereby approved.
A copy of the Fiscal Year 2015 — 2016 Capital Budget and Capital Improvement
Planning Guide will be filed in the Office of the City Secretary

This project is not financially feasible to pursue at this time.
Financial Impact:
None, project not funded.
Proposed Adjustment #2:
Remove Project PH 10 Citizens Collection Center Flour Bluff/Padre Island Area
Justification:
City Council has decided not to pursue this project at this time
Financial Impact: ($4,536,400)
Approved Certificates of Obligation in this amount will not be issued
(The funding for this project is located in the Unspent Prior Budget as of May 2015 column)
Total Financial Impact: ($4,536,400)
