Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, that:
Section 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept and appropriate $872,005.99 in developer contributions and
interest earnings in the 4720 Community Enrichment Fund for park improvements, and
other related projects.
