the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund; transferring $79,173
from the No. 1020 General Fund to the No. 1067 Parks and
Recreation Grant Fund as City matching funds for the Retired Senior
Volunteer Program and appropriating the $79,173 in the No. 1067
Parks and Recreation Grant fund.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a $21,671 State grant awarded by the Corporation for National and
Community Service for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program.
SECTION 2. That the $21,671 State grant is appropriated in the No. 1067 Parks and
Recreation Grants Fund for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program.
SECTION 3. That $79,173 is transferred from the No. 1020 General Fund to the No.
1067 Parks and Recreation Grants Fund as City matching funds for the Retired Senior
Volunteer Program.
SECTION 4. That $79,173 is appropriated in the No. 1067 Parks and Recreation Grant
Fund.
