Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas that
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a three-year
Lease Agreement with Gulf Coast Gem and Mineral Society for the use of City property
at 3933 Timon. A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second
reading on this the av-l'day of 2016, by the following vote:
