REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") WITH PETERSON
PROPERTIES, LTD., ("DEVELOPER"), FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
WASTEWATER TRUNK MAIN, FORCE MAIN AND LIFT STATION AND
APPROPRIATING $911,341.24 FROM THE NO. 4220 SANITARY SEWER
TRUNK SYSTEM TRUST FUND TO REIMBURSE THE DEVELOPER IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a sanitary
sewer trunk line, force main and lift station construction and reimbursement
agreement ("Agreement") with Peterson Properties, Ltd., including all related
appurtenances, for the development of Westpoint Crossing, Block 1 , Lots 1 and 2
Subdivision, in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas.
SECTION 2. Funding in the amount of $911 ,341.24 is appropriated from the No.
4220 Sanitary Sewer Trunk System Trust Fund to reimburse the Developer for the
construction of the sanitary sewer trunk line, force main and lift station construction
improvements in accordance with the Agreement.
