Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute an amendment to the lease
agreement with the Results Companies for the City parking lot located at Mann
Street and Mesquite Street to allow the lease of the entire City parking lot.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an
amendment to the lease agreement with the Results Companies for the City parking lot
located at Mann Street and Mesquite Street to allow the lease of the entire City parking
lot. The lease amendment increases the parking spaces leased from 85 to 121 to
include the entire parking lot. The additional 36 spaces will be leased for an additional
$3,600 yearly.
