Authorizing the City Manager or designee to accept a grant from NuStar
Energy L.P. in the amount of $2,500 to purchase equipment for the
Emerging Robotics team; and appropriating $2,500 from NuStar Energy
L.P. into the No. 1062 Fire Grant Fund to be used specifically to purchase
equipment for the Emerging Robotics team.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to accept a grant from NuStar
Energy L.P. in the amount of$2,500 to purchase equipment for the Emerging Robotics
team.
SECTION 2. That $2,500 is appropriated in the No. 1062 Fire Grant Fund to be used
specifically to purchase equipment for the Emerging Robotics team.
