Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute an Advance
Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) for the
construction on Holly Road from State Highway (SH) 286 to Greenwood Drive
(Bond 2012 Proposition 1) with the City's local participation in the amount of
$50,000 for reimbursement of direct state costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Advance Funding
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT)for the construction on
Holly Road from State Highway (SH) 286 to Greenwood Drive (Bond 2012 Proposition 1)
with the City's local participation in the amount of $50,000 for reimbursement of direct
state costs.
SECTION 2. The City of Corpus Christi supports the funding for the project.
SECTION 3. The City of Corpus Christi commits to the project's development,
implementation, construction, maintenance, management and financing, subject to any
necessary appropriation of funds.
SECTION 4. The Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.

below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
