Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant from the Duffield Family Foundation, dba
Maddie's Fund, in the amount of$1,000 to support Animal Care operations;
and appropriating the $1,000 in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant from the Duffield Family Foundation, dba Maddie's Fund, in
the amount of$1,000 to support Animal Care operations.
SECTION 2. That $1,000 is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund to be used
to support Animal Care operations.
