Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Department of State Health
Services (DSHS), in an amount not to exceed $56,000.00, to provide
laboratory services for the analysis of bay water samples for the
contract period of September 1, 2016, through August 31, 2018; and to
ratify acceptance of the agreement to begin as of September 1, 2016.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas, as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with DSHS, in an amount to exceed $56,000.00, to provide laboratory
services for the analysis of bay water samples for the contract period of September 1,
2016, through August 31 , 2018.
Section 2. Further, the City Council ratifies acceptance of the Interlocal Agreement to
begin as of September 1 , 2016. A copy of the executed agreement shall be filed in the
office of the City Secretary.
