agreement with Driscoll Children's Hospital for hangar, office and
parking space at the Corpus Christi International Airport for a lease
term of three years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year
periods.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a lease agreement
with Driscoll Children's Hospital for land and improvements at the Corpus Christi
International Airport for a lease term of three years, with an option to renew for two
additional one-year periods, for the purpose of facilitating Lessee's aeronautical services
and in consideration of the payment of monthly rental fees, which may be abated by
completion of tenant renovations of the building, as stated in the lease.
SECTION 2. The lease agreement is effective upon approval of the City Council and
execution by the City Manager or designee.
