Grant No. 3-48-0051-050-2013, Amendment No. 4, in the No. 3020 Airport
Capital Improvement Fund for construction of approximately 7,150
square yards of new pavement to expand and extend Taxiway Kilo at the
Corpus Christi International Airport and necessary drainage, electrical,
lighting and signage improvements, with the 10% match provided from
the Airport Capital Reserve Fund; amending the FY2016-2017 Capital
Budget by increasing revenues and expenditures by $622,950 each.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. Funds in the amount of$622,950 from the Federal Aviation Administration
for grant Amendment No. 4, Grant No. 3-48-0051-050-2013, are appropriated in the No.
3020 Airport Capital Improvement Fund for construction of approximately 7,150 square
feet of new pavement to expand and extend Taxiway Kilo at Corpus Christi International
Airport and necessary drainage, electrical, lighting and signage improvements, with the
10% match provided from the Airport Capital Reserve Fund.
SECTION 2. The FY2016-2017 Capital Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 030936 is
amended by increasing revenues and expenditures by $622,950 each.
