appropriating $72,000 in General Fund No. 1020 from the reimbursement of
forensic sexual assault examinations in the amount of $72,000, and
changing the FY 2016-2017 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
030965 by increasing revenue and expenditures in the General Fund No.
1020 by $72,000 each.
Whereas, the authorized amount of reimbursement from the Office of the Attorney
General (OAG) for forensic sexual assault examinations of victims of alleged sexual
assault has increased.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That $72,000 from the reimbursement of forensic sexual assault
examinations is appropriated in the General Fund No. 1020.
SECTION 2. That the FY 2016-2017 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance 030965 is
changed to increase revenues and expenditures by $$72,000 in the General Fund No.
1020.
