Interlocal Agreement with West Oso Independent School District
regarding operation and maintenance of Westhaven Park located
near intersection of Cliff Maus Drive at Rockford Drive
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas, as follows:
Section 1. That, the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with West Oso Independent School District regarding operation and
maintenance of Westhaven Park. A copy of the Interlocal Agreement will be filed with
the office of the City Secretary.
