(35) foot wide Temporary Work Easement to the San Patricio Municipal Water District to
construct, operate, maintain, repair and remove one (1) 24-inch water line on City
owned property near U.S. Highway 77 in San Patricio County; authorizing the City
Manager or designee to execute a Water Line Easement and Temporary Work Easement
instrument and other related documents for the conveyance of the easement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute the Water Line
Easement and other related documents for the conveyance of the easement.
Section 2. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to make minor
amendments to the Water Line Easement and other related documents as may be necessary.
That the foregoing ordinnce was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on
