HomeMy WebLinkAbout031245 RES - 09/19/2017 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT (AFA) WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (TXDOT) FOR THE SPORTS, ENTERTAINMENT, AND ARTS (SEA) DISTRICT PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WITH CITY'S REQUIRED PAYMENT TO TXDOT IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,000 FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF DIRECT STATE COSTS. (BOND 2012, PROPOSITION 8) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Advance Funding Agreement (AFA)for the Sports, Entertainment, and Arts (SEA) District Pedestrian Improvements project with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) with the City's required payment to TXDOT in the amount of$21,000 for reimbursement of direct state costs. SECTION 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all related documents necessary to administer said Advance Funding Agreement, including minor amendments thereto.
