BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents necessary to accept a grant from the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division in the amount of$281,860.18 to continue the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant within the Police Department for Year 18 and 19 with a City match of$60,865.04 and an in-kind match of$9,600 from the No.1020 Police General Fund. SECTION 2. That $281,860.18 grant is appropriated in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund to continue the VOCA grant in the Police Department. SECTION 3.
