year lease agreement with L.A. FARMS, Austin Harwell, to farm
approximately 940 acres at the Cefe Valenzuela Municipal Landfill in
consideration of a total annual lease payment of $98,700 for a total of
$493,500 for 5 years based on $105 per acre.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute a five-year lease
agreement with L.A. FARMS, Austin Harwell, to farm approximately 940 acres at the Cefe
Valenzuela Municipal Landfill in consideration of a total annual lease payment of$98,700
for a total of $493,500 for 5 years based on $105 per acre.
