Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That$20,000 in reimbursement funds received through the Reimbursement
Contract with Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program Inc. for the storm water catch
basin program is accepted and appropriated in the No. 1052 Water Utilities Grant Fund.
