HomeMy WebLinkAbout031291 RES - 11/14/2017 Resolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a one-year Interlocal Agreement, with two one-year extension options, with Texas A & M University — Corpus Christi for environmental monitoring, for a total amount not to exceed $170,134, with a total potential multi-year not to exceed amount of $525,867 WHEREAS, Section 791.035 of the Texas Government Code states that a local government and an institution of higher education or university system may contract with one another to perform any governmental functions and services; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a one-year Interlocal Agreement, with two one-year extension options, with Texas A & M University- Corpus Christi for environmental monitoring, for a total amount not to exceed $170,134, with a total potential multi-year not to exceed amount of$525,867. A copy of the interlocal agreement is on file with the City Secretary's Office.
