The City Manager or his designee be authorized to apply for up to
50o matching financial assistance from the Texas Parks and
Wildlife Department for the development of the 7.36 acre
Middlecoff Park, 2.29 acre Jackson Park, and 7.98 acre
Turtle Cove Park, as public outdoor recreation areas, using
any matching money received to augment $142,674 in
authorized Park Bond funds and to execute all documents
necessary to implement the grant.
