month lease agreement, with two 12-month options to extend, with
Sterling Air Service, LLC, for the use and development of aeronautical
facilities and property at the Corpus Christi International Airport upon
payment of the monthly lease amount.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute a 36-month lease
agreement, with two 12-month options to extend, with Sterling Air Service, LLC, for the
use and development of aeronautical facilities and property at the Corpus Christi
International Airport upon payment of the monthly lease amount, in accordance with the
lease agreement.
SECTION 2. The lease agreement is effective upon approval of the City Council and
execution by the City Manager or designee.
The foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on
