proposed affordable housing project known as Casa De Manana Apartments to be
developed by TG 110, Inc.
Whereas, TG 110, Inc. (the "Applicant") has proposed a development project to
substantially renovate 99 apartments to provide affordable housing that is located at 4702
Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78405 and named Casa De Manana
Apartments ("Casa De Manana Apartment Project"); and
Whereas, the Applicant intends to submit an application to the Texas Department
of Housing and Community Affairs ("TDHCA") for 2018 Housing Tax Credits for the Casa
De Manana Apartment Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Council for the City of Corpus Christi hereby supports the
proposed Casa De Manana Apartment Project.
Section 2. The City Council for the City of Corpus Christi hereby acknowledges
the support for the proposed Casa De Manana Apartment Project located at 4702 Old
Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78405.
