— Corpus Christi in the amount of$8,450 for a city-wide storm water survey.
WHEREAS, Section 791.035 of the Texas Government Code states that a local
government and an institution of higher education or university system may contract with
one another to perform any governmental functions and services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Texas A & M University- Corpus Christi for not to exceed amount of
$8,450.00 for a city-wide storm water survey. A copy of the interlocal agreement is on
file with the City Secretary's Office.
This Resolution shall be and become effective immediately upon and after its adoption
and approval.
