4. Approving a change order in the amount of $42,283.96 to the
contract with W. T. Young Construction Company for
improvements to the Broadway Wastewater Treatment Plant for
removal of a concrete structure discovered during excavation
for the new bar screens and raw sewage pump building. Funds
are available in the contingency appropriation.
