BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a lease with
the U.S. Coast Guard for approximately 1.61 acres to construct a parking lot and storage
area at Corpus Christi International Airport, with a lease term of up to five years (to be
divided into and may be exercised as a three-month term, followed by four optional one-
year terms and one nine-month term), in exchange for a monthly lease payment of
$469.69.
