Services for the Immunization/Locals Grant Program in the amount of
$241,637.00 and appropriating $70,000.00 in estimated program income.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi,Texas:
Section 1: The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept and appropriate a total grant amount of $241,637.00, from
the Texas Department of State Health Services in the Health Grants Fund No.
1066, for the contract period of September 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019, to
provide personnel costs and other expenses to fund an immunization program for
children, adolescents, and adults, with special emphasis on children three years of
age or younger.
Section 2: Authorizing the appropriation of an estimated $70,000.00, IMM/LOCALS
grant program income in the No. 1066 Health Grants Fund, for a total project cost of
$311,637.00.
Section 3: The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute any future
amendments to the grant contract which extend the contract period or increase or
decrease the amount of the grant.
Section 4: A copy of the executed grant shall be filed in the office of the City
