Region-wide Bike Boulevard Wayfinding Initiative with the City's contribution of
$64,500
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. $418,000 of anticipated revenue from the Texas Department of
Transportation is appropriated into Fund No. 3530 for the Region-Wide Bike Boulevard
Wayfinding Initiative
SECTION 2. The FY 2018 Capital Improvement Budget adopted by Ordinance No.
031249 is amended to add $418,000 of anticipated revenue from the Texas Department
of Transportation to the Region-wide Bike Boulevard Wayfinding Initiative. (Street Bond
2014)
SECTION 3. Revenues and expenditures in the amount of$418,000 are increased in the
FY 2018 Capital Improvement Program Budget adopted by Ordinance No 031249.
SECTION 4. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Advanced
Funding Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Region-Wide
--------------- --Bike Boulevard Wayfinding Initiative with a payment of $64,500 for direct state cost
reimbursement.
