five year term with Grow Local South Texas, Inc. for use of Tom Graham Park at
3914 Up River Road for a public gardening program
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a five-year lease
agreement with the Grown Local South Texas, Inc. for the use of the Tom Graham Park
located at 3914 Up River Road, in consideration of regularly maintaining the park in
accordance with the agreement and provide a public gardening program at the park. A
copy of the Agreement is on file with the City Secretary. The agreement may be extended
for one additional five-year term with prior approval of the City Manager.
