Crime Control and Prevention District
Whereas, the Crime Control and Prevention District Board held a public hearing on
June 20, 2018 and the Board adopted FY 2018-2019 budget on the same day;
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi held a public hearing on the
budget adopted by the board on August 14, 2018; and
Whereas, the notice of the Public hearing was published in a newspaper of general
circulation in the district not later than 10 days before the hearing.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS
SECTION 1. The fiscal year 2018-2019 budget for the Corpus Christi Crime Control and
Prevention District is approved.
