(ILA) with Texas A&M University— Corpus Christi for aesthetic column
painting on Ennis Joslin Road
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with Texas A&M University— Corpus Christi for aesthetic surface
painting on Ennis Joslin Road. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the City
Secretary.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to administratively renew
the agreement and make minor amendments to the agreement.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
