Christi for Naming and use of facilities at Water's Edge Park and
McGee Beach
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Agreement
with Texas A&M University— Corpus Christi for the naming and use of facilities at Water's
Edge Park and McGee Beach. A copy of the agreement is on file in the Office of the City
Secretary.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
