Department of State Health Services, to provide laboratory services
for the analysis of bay water samples; and to authorize acceptance of
the agreement beginning September 1, 2018.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi,
Texas, as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Department of State Health Services, in an amount not to exceed
$56,000.00, to provide laboratory services for the analysis of bay water samples for the
contract period of September 1, 2018, through August 31, 2020.
Section 2. Further, the City Council authorizes acceptance of the Interlocal Agreement
to begin as of September 1, 2018. A copy of the executed agreement shall be filed in the
office of the City Secretary.
