4. Plans and specifications for the construction of an aerated
lagoon at the Allison Wastewater Treatment Plant be approved
and bids be received on December 22, 1982. The project
provides for an interim treatment of wastewater by an
aerated lagoon process until such time as the permanent
improvements which are scheduled to start the Summer of 1983
are completed.
