Whereas, the City of Corpus Christi was awarded $10,217 for the City of
Robstown in the FY2017 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Grant Program
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with the City of Robstown to establish terms to distribute $10,217 of the
Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Grant (JAG) Program FY 2017 Local Solicitation to City
of Robstown.
