7. An agreement with Robert W. Wallace, Jr., owner of Block 9,
Water Beach Addition be approved. The agreement provides
for the owner relocating 4 -inch gas line, 8 -inch sanitary
sewer line and a Central Power & Light Company conduit from
the alley, at his own expense, within one year from the date
of the agreement. This will allow the alley within the
block to be closed, thus, processing the replatting of the
property as one lot. The relocation of the utilities will
be done as part of the development of the block. The
developer has requested this action to expedite the plat and
coordinate the relocation of utilities with future
construction.
