BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to accept a grant from NuStar
Energy L.P. in the amount of$1,000.
SECTION 2. That$1,000 is appropriated in the No. 1062 Fire Grant Fund to be used for
community outreach, fire department equipment, training or supplies
