8. The International Airport Landscaping - 1982 Project be accepted and total
payment of $23,232.50 be made to Bay, Inc. The project provided for
landscape improvements consisting of palm trees and oleanders at the
Airport entrance road and the planting of wax leaf ligustrums in the area
between the rental car lot and the loop road. A five -day time extension is
recommended due to late delivery of palm trees.
