29. Authorizing execution of a contract for $43,313 with the U.S. Equal
Employment Opportunity Commission to process individual charges of
employment discrimination which have been filed with or referred to the
City's Human Relations Activity for the period of October 1, 1982 to
September 30, 1983. The Human Relations activity is expected to resolve a
total of 105 charges during the term of this contract, for which the City
will be reimbursed $412.50 per charge.
