8. The City Manager be authorized to enter into a lease purchase agreement
for the upgrade of the tape drives for the computer system in the amount
of $28,995 for the 1982 -83 fiscal year, and that the cost be funded from
the Revenue Sharing productivity project. (Attachment V)
