C. Canvass of Election Results:
1. Consideration of an Ordinance canvassing returns and declaring
results of the Special Election held on November 4, 2008 in the
City of Corpus Christi for the adoption of seven bond propositions;
and approval of a proposition to restrict vehicular access to and on
the portion of the Gulf of Mexico Beach Seaward of the concrete
portion of the Padre Island Seawall.
