11. Authorizing the City Manager to execute contracts on behalf
of the "Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Corpus
Christi, Texas" (to be formed) providing for the payment to
the following four separate taxing entities of a portion of
the tax increment revenues which could be captured by the
zone: (1) Corpus Christi Independent School District; (2)
Corpus Christi Junior College District; (3) Nueces County;
and (4) City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
