EMERGENCY CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Public Notice - - THE USE OF CELLULAR PHONES AND SOUND ACTIVATED PAGERS
ARE PROHIBITED IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS DURING MEETINGS OF THE
CITY COUNCIL.
A. Mayor Dan McQueen to call the meeting to order.
B. City Secretary Rebecca Huerta to call the roll of the required Charter Officers.
C. Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.05 to consult with attorneys concerning
confidential legal issues related to the interruption of water service, Rules of the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the
U.S. Clean Water Act, federal, state and local regulations and Taws related to the
interruption of water service, potential claims against third parties related to the
aforementioned interruption, and emergendes related thereto, with possible discussion and
action in open session.
Note: This item Is placed on the agenda because of a reasonably unforeseeable situation
related to the intemrpfion of water service in the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
