Twelve months supply agreement for 504 bronze service saddles to be used
by the Water Division be approved based on low total bid to Coastal Pipe &
Supply, Brownsville, Texas for $9,572.41. Ten bid invitations were issued
and seven bids were received. Prices have increased approximately 11%
since the previous contract of May, 1981.
