10. A contract for the purchase and installation of a spray paint booth for
Traffic Engineering with Nueces Equipment and Supply, Corpus Christi,
for the total amount of $10,807.20 be approved, based on low bid. Five
bid invitations were issued and three bids were received. The booth is
included in the 1982 -83 Budget and will allow all weather spraying of
traffic and street name signs since it removes harmful vapors. Currently,
spraying must be done outside due to the vapors.
